Welcome Message
Warmly welcome all distinguished guests, national and international readers, as well as students and youth who are using this website!
Dear beloved friends and readers!
To achieve the 2050 Vision of making Cambodia a high-income country, the Royal Government, under the dynamic and wise leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has continued to set clear socio-economic development directions for the next phase. As reflected in the Pentagonal Strategy–Phase I of the Royal Government of the 7th Legislature of the National Assembly, the goals are to maintain the momentum of peace, economic growth, and overall development, alongside prioritizing five key areas: people, roads, water, electricity, and technology—especially digital technology—to respond to the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the digital transformation of Cambodia's economy and society.
As an arm of the Royal Government of Cambodia, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) has been actively and strictly fulfilling its role in reforming and enhancing work productivity to serve the development and management of MPTC's three sectors, namely the postal sector, telecommunications, and information and communications technology (ICT), as well as embracing digital technology to accelerate digital transformation in socio-economic development. This has led to numerous achievements responding to the key strategic plans and political programs set out by the Royal Government, alongside earning international recognition for Cambodia's digital sector progress through regional and global awards and international cooperation in the digital field.
Many important achievements have continuously taken shape, including the formulation of policies and legal norms, the expansion of infrastructure and connectivity, revenue mobilization, the development and deployment of digital platforms, applications, and systems serving as catalysts for public service digitization, digital skills training, digital literacy, and promoting digital adoption. Furthermore, MPTC will continue to improve the sectors under its jurisdiction, train digital human resources, and support digital transformation across ministries, institutions, sub-national administrations, public legal entities, and educational institutions to promote the building of a digital government and digital citizens, while contributing to strengthening digital security.
At the same time, to enable the public to access important information and documents, MPTC has developed this website to disseminate the achievements accomplished in carrying out its work toward digital transformation, as well as to publish key information, public service delivery, leadership work activities, and official collections of relevant documents and legal norms. Moreover, this website will also serve as a platform for notification, response, clarification, and information verification regarding the public's feedback concerning the performance of roles and duties within MPTC’s jurisdiction.
On behalf of MPTC’s leadership, I encourage all visitors to browse and learn about the necessary information related to MPTC's three sectors—namely the postal sector, telecommunications, and information and communications technology (ICT)—as well as digital adoption, which will be regularly updated. This includes providing timely information to supplement readers' knowledge and encouraging them to provide supplementary feedback or request clarifications within MPTC's jurisdiction.
Finally, I wish all visitors the four Buddhist blessings of longevity, beauty, happiness, and strength, without fail.
Thank you!
